This feedback is after calling the takeaway to speak and getting nowhere. Delivery time was supposed to be about 45minutes. It arrived after 90 mins. No apology when I phoned. No update. Food was not up to usual high standard. Was just okay. Delays happen but please let us know and at least apologise when the delivery finally arrives.

First time eating from Redolence. It was beautiful. The lamb melted in my mouth. Been in Redditch 3 years now, that was the best curry by far! Well done and many thanks ????
